We want to make your buying experience with the West Coast Guitars to be trouble free. We want you to tell all your friends about us and have them check out our website and buy here as well. Recommendation is the best advertising there is. If you are committed to buying from us, we are committed to make sure that you are completely satisfied. You can return your purchase from West Coast Guitars in its original condition for an exchange or refund up to 7 Days from receipt of merchandise with no questions asked and no penalty (shipping costs and credit card fee's are non-refundable). Special Orders and guitars that we have "On Consignment" are non-cancellable and non-returnable as we are buying them in advance specifically for you, but we obviously will do our very best to work out any unforeseen problems. All returns must be arranged in advance with the West Coast Guitars and given a relevant return authorisation number. We are here to help you get the guitar of your dreams and will do everything possible to achieve this. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your experience with us a better one. We accept Cash, Bankers Draft or Personal Cheques (allow 7 days to clear)

Shipping

We ship worldwide via Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, Parcel Force or customer specified carrier. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any damage incurred during shipping to or from us.
